As part of our continuing efforts to provide clients with a TotalWare solution, GlobalWare Solutions now provides customer with a web-based Intranet\x2FExtranet system that allows clients to create and monitor Return Material Authorization requests. GlobalWare clients are able to enter new RMAs and view existing ones via the extranet features of the application. GlobaWare account managers, through the Internet features, are able to authorize unexpected returns, edit existing client RMAs for actual quantities returned, and make inventory adjustments based on the disposition outlined in the RMA.

RMATracTM offers various user and management access levels. In order to support scalability and a range of user permissions, the functionality of the system is organized into two main areas. General users, with three access levels, are able to log into the system and create and view RMAs. Administrative users, also with three levels of access, are able to create new users (manage their passwords), manage \x22dictionary\x22 information (allows configuration to each site), and have the ability to add, edit, and delete client accounts.

The RMATracTM application allows clients to enter the system 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere in the world.
