We integrate front-end order processing and live customer care with back-end services such as procurement, on-demand production, warehousing, fulfillment, and reverse logistics, offering our customers a fully integrated service.
The core of GlobalWaredirect fulfillment services is an integrated set of multi-media services. They allow for the outsourcing of end-to-end management responsibility for clients’ product offerings and accessories. These solutions take advantage of our core competencies in fulfillment; combining them with additional services such as administrative, security, financial, and customer care that support direct interaction with individual end users.
Integration of front-end and back-end services provides lower cost and more efficient service for our clients. Typical end-to-end services encompass voice, fax, e-Mail, and web-based ordering; response to end user questions/requests; and end user billing or credit card transactions. Related services provided directly to our clients generally include collection activities, data warehousing and transaction-based reporting.
GlobalWaredirect acts as our customers’ fulfillment agent, receiving orders from, integrators, resellers and end customers.
