The DataShareTM system stores customer files in a number of formats. We can store
complete documents in PDF format for electronic distribution or for printing. We can also store that same
document as separate chapters or in sections so that we can distribute only that information which is needed
or even compile a "custom" manual by combining a number of chapters or sections to form a variety of
documents.
GlobalWare stores tens of thousands of documents for a wide variety of clients utilizing
our DataShareTM system. At the heart of our document storage system is a 1 Terabyte RAID array storage
system where frequently accessed customer information is stored. Information on this
server can be accessed within seconds of a request being made. Along with this system is our active
archive storage device. Information that is used less frequently than once per month is automatically
migrated to this JukeBox which is capable of holding more than 15 Terabytes of information.
