Terry joined GlobalWare Solutions as the Vice President, Operations & Strategic Planning. He was promoted to COO in April 2006. Prior to joining GWS, he worked as World Wide Director of Service Operations for Lexmark International, and VP and General Manager for North American Division of Cerplex Corporation. He brings with him a wealth of senior management experience in manufacturing, supply chain logistics,
E-Commerce and reverse logistics. Terry earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lowell Technological Institute and is a veteran of the United States Army.
