GlobalWare Solutions Names Michael T. Liess New President

HAVERHILL, Mass.-April 6, 2004 - GlobalWare Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of supply-chain management, e-commerce, fulfillment and reverse logistics today announced that Michael T. Liess has been named President.

Liess will assume responsibility for all of GlobalWare's worldwide operations. Chief Executive Officer Tony Rudston will work with Liess specifically focusing on the Company's strategic direction.

Liess has held senior executive positions with Gateway, Oce-USA and other high technology companies. Most recently, Liess served as Chief Operating Officer of T/R Systems, which was acquired by Electronics for Imaging (EFI) in late 2003. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Direct Sales, for Gateway Computer Company.

He has also served as Vice President and General Manager, Worldwide Sales and Field Marketing, at ENCAD, which was later acquired by Kodak, and, as Vice President, Operations, at Oce-USA. Liess, who has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester, began his career at Xerox and held a number of sales and management positions with the company.

Liess has led efforts that have accelerated revenue growth and profitability during his career. He has been responsible for numerous functions including new product development, sales and marketing, channel strategy, operations and e-commerce initiatives.
