GlobalWare Solutions was founded as ZBR Publications, Inc. in 1978 in Wilmington, MA
as a documentation specialist primarily serving the defense industry and hardware manufacturers of Massachusetts'
famous Route 128 - America's Technology Highway. Focusing on content creation and management, a full range of
print services, and outstanding customer service, GWS enjoyed explosive growth through the early 1980s.
In the early 1990s, GWS responded to expanding customer needs by adding media replication,
state of the art on-demand print technology, and full service product assembly, fulfillment, and distribution to become the
largest privately held turnkey supplier in New England.
Through the mid 1990s, GWS continued its rapid growth through the efforts of a dedicated
workforce, many of whom have been with the company since its inception. As the company became a leading turnkey
supplier, GWS continued to expand its experienced senior management staff adding executive talent from Kao Infosystems,
AT&T;, and Xerox.
In March of 2000, GlobalWare Solutions took another major step in its growth with the acquisition of
Bindco Corporation of Redwood City, California and Hoofdorp, Holland. The combined revenue of the new company
exceeded $100 million with a staff of over 750 and 750,000 square feet of world-class manufacturing space. This
expansion enabled the company to provide its supply chain management and manufacturing services throughout the U. S.
and in Europe.
Today, GWS is able to offer its international customer base a 21st century value proposition that
