James R. Bartlett
Chief Executive Officer
Jim
Bartlett has nearly 30 years of experience in the printing/software
manufacturing industry. His
extensive background in business and financial management,
manufacturing, engineering and sales makes him uniquely qualified to
lead ZBR during this time of transition and opportunity.
Educated
at Northeastern University in Electrical Engineering and Business
Management, Mr. Bartlett helped found ZBR in 1978.
He was instrumental in the early growth and success of the
company as Vice President/Manufacturing.
Propelled by Mr. Bartlett's manufacturing, sales and management
expertise, ZBR was named to the 1984 Inc 500 as one of the fastest
growing companies in the country.
In
1988, Mr. Bartlett became president and CEO.
In
the past two years, Mr. Bartlett repositioned the company as a
full/turnkey software manufacturer and technology leader taking
advantage of the dramatic changes occurring in the industry.
Mr. Bartlett's extensive experience in all phases of print
manufacturing combined with his vision to make ZBR a fully integrated
electronic printer has led to ZBR pioneering in such areas as digital
print, CD-ROM replication, digital content management and the
development of web base customer collaboration tools.
Under
Mr. Bartlett's direction, ZBR created GlobalWare Solutions after the
acquisition of Bindco Corporation, becoming a leading provider in the
growing eBusiness marketplace. Much of the company's recent growth has
been fueled by GlobalWare's strategy of offering a total solution.
GlobalWare Solutions now provides sole source services to many major
OEM's and ISV' including web store development, global order fulfillment
and B2B digital content management.

Peter W. McGuirk
President
Peter
McGuirk joined ZBR as President in June 1998.
He brings 29 years of Industry experience, most recently as
President/CEO of KAO Infosystems Company.
In his past role at KAO he managed its growth from a small
($20MM) floppy disk manufacturer in 1988 to a world leading Software
Service Provider ($700MM) in 1997.
During this period KAO Infosystems integrated several global
businesses into the world market share leader in floppy disks, CD-ROMs,
"Turnkey Manufacturing" and "Fulfillment Services";
linking the business within a global systems network.
Prior
to his KAO Infosystems position, Mr. McGuirk was Vice President and
General Manager of Sentinel Technologies (1982-1988).
He also held various sales and marketing positions at 3M
Corporation between 1970 and 1982.
Mr.
McGuirk is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and the
Northwestern University (Kellogg) Advanced Executive Program.

Maria C. Muise
Chief Financial Officer
Maria
C. Muise is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA in finance from
Bentley College and a BS in Business Administration from Merrimac
College.
She
came to ZBR in 1996 after a successful tenure as Senior Accountant with
the firm of Levine, Zeidman and Daitch in Wellesley Hills.
In that position, Ms. Muise was responsible for audits, tax
planning and compilation of financial statements for a diverse range of
clients.
Prior
to that position, Ms. Muise was the Manager of Administration for Bugle
Boy Industries in Andover where she oversaw purchasing, accounts payable
and budgeting for the firm's 140 stores.
She
is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants
and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jerry Kelly
Chief Information Officer
Jerry
Kelly comes to GlobalWare Solutions after more than 20 years of
experience in system engineering and technology innovation with
Compaq/Digital Equipment. Mr. Kelly helped develop Digital's
international technology strategy and brings proven expertise in
providing customer driven technology solutions. He has demonstrated
success in the areas of electronic publishing, web development, global
system integration, process reengineering and customer relations.
During
his tenure at Compaq/Digital Equipment, Mr. Kelly supported operations
in the U. S., Ireland and Netherlands in the areas of systems
engineering management, quality engineering, field service engineering
and systems test engineering.
Mr.
Kelly earned an M.S. in Engineering Management at Northeastern
University and a B.S. in Electronic Engineering at University College in
Galway, Ireland. He holds diplomas in Quality Engineering and
Management, and a certificate in Quality Assurance.

Al Feliciano
Chief Resource Officer
Al
Feliciano joined ZBR after serving in key management roles with Xerox
Corporation and Indigo America, Inc. A recognized leader in the digital
publishing solutions market, Mr. Feliciano brings a vast wealth of
experience in sales and marketing, in the digital printing and high tech
manufacturing arena. His areas of expertise include product management,
market identification, consultative selling, national account
management, business development and strategic planning.
As
Chief Resource Officer, Mr. Feliciano is responsible for analyzing
customer issues and developing appropriate technology driven solutions
to solve them. He is the architect of GlobalWare Solution's
Build-to-Order Center, which addresses the growing need of on demand
information management and delivery for GlobalWare's high tech
customers.
Mr.
Feliciano earned a B.A. in Economics from Boston College as well as
numerous industry recognition awards.

Mark Robards
Vice President, Sales
Mark
Robards joined Bindco Corporation in 1991 as Vice President, Sales &
Marketing. He successfully grew the organization from $20M to $70M in
revenue prior to the acquisition by GlobalWare Solutions, while managing
a national sales and support group.
Prior
to his current position, Mr. Robards was Director of Marketing (Western
Region) for Wang Laboratories. He spent seven years with Wang in a series of sales and sales
management positions.
Before
Wang, Mark had spent eight years working for computer OEMs and computer
service firms, including his own firm in Denver, Colorado from 1979-81.
Mark attended University of Colorado and San Jose State
University.

Richard Langlois
VP Business Development
Richard
Langlois joined ZBR in 1991 as The Vice President of New Business
Development after spending 4 years at Phoenix Technologies Ltd. in
Norwood, MA as the divisional General Manager of Worldwide Publishing.
During the last 10 years with ZBR, Mr. Langlois worked to transition the
company from technical book production to a full service company
providing digital content management, product manufacturing and
eBusiness services to the computer software industry. Mr. Langlois is
now responsible for developing GlobalWare Solutions' marketing programs
and creating brand awareness of our new corporate name.
During
his time at Phoenix, Mr. Langlois established a worldwide publishing
division beginning with a multi-year agreement with Microsoft. This
program later turned into Microsoft's Authorized Replicator Program.
Prior
to Phoenix Technologies, Mr. Langlois founded Media Duplication Service
of Hopkinton, MA providing software manufacturing services to IBM, DEC
and Control Data Corporation. He also spent 5 years at Digital Equipment
Corporation in their Software Manufacturing division as worldwide
manufacturing engineering manager overseeing operations in the U.S.,
Canada and Ireland.
Mr.
Langlois earned an accelerated high tech MBA degree from Northeastern
University under a Digital Equipment Corporation scholarship.

Maureen Kelly
Director E-Business Development
Maureen
Kelly joined GlobalWare Solutions in 2000 as Director of E-Business
Development, expanding current E-Commerce and electronic business
solutions available to GlobalWare clients. Her most recent focus has
been on Internet marketing and strategy, with AT&T WorldNet Service.
In this role, Ms. Kelly created marketing programs, which leveraged the
Internet focus of Fortune 500 corporations,
ISV's, and dot-com's to promote AT&T's product offering
through affinity programs.
Prior
to joining AT&T, Ms. Kelly served as Director of Business
Integration with KAO Infosystems Company.
During her eight years with KAO, she held several Business
Integration and Marketing positions, focused on delivering turnkey and
fulfillment solutions to such clients as AOL, Microsoft, and Computer
Associates.
Ms.
Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree from Tufts University, and an Executive
MBA from Boston University.

Thomas M. Condardo
VP/General Manager Eastern Division
Tom
Condardo has been with ZBR since its founding in 1978.
He has earned an MBA from Salem State College and a Bachelor of
Science degree in Communications from Suffolk University.
He brings nearly 25 years of management, marketing and
printing/software manufacturing experience having successfully performed
as Director of Corporate Quality, Plant Manager, Production Manager,
Customer Service Manager, Purchasing Manager, Director of Corporate
Communications, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of
Business Integration.
Mr.
Condardo now has responsibility for our East Coast Business unit, which
includes Operations, Account Management, Quality and Fulfillment.
Mr.
Condardo's wide range of experience has helped focus the manufacturing
function during a time of rapid expansion and technological change.
In
1993, Mr. Condardo spearheaded ZBR's successful drive to ISO 9002
certification, which culminated in the company being registered by the
National Standards Authority of Ireland in October of that year.
At the time, ZBR was one of only six printers so registered.
During
Mr. Condardo's tenure, ZBR has been transformed from a book printer to a
full-service, software manufacturer with a dramatic shift toward new
technologies such as CD-ROM replication, electronic prepress and digital
printing.

Bill Moreland
VP/General Manager Western Division
Bill
Moreland is V.P. General Manager West Coast Operations.
In this capacity, he is responsible for our West Coast business
unit, which provides Turnkey Manufacturing, eBusiness and Content
Management services to the hardware and software industry.
He is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, distribution
and fulfillment services.
Mr.
Moreland has more than 20 years of manufacturing and operations
management experience. His
customer-focused operations skill set in high volume global distribution
and fulfillment networks ensures customer satisfaction and on-time
delivery.
Prior
to joining GlobalWare Solutions, Mr. Moreland worked at Quebecor
Integrated Media as General Manager for their Eastern Division. Before
joining Quebecor, he was Operations Manager for Logistix. He has worked
with some of the world's leading software publishers and hardware
companies.
Mr.
Moreland has successfully implemented world class manufacturing
techniques that led to ISO-9002 certifications and was the first in the
nation to be certified to the COPC-2000 standard. He is a Member of the
Software Operations Association and former Member of the COPC Board of
director.
