demand-generation opportunities by supporting the growth of each Partner's business
with exclusive access to resources, knowledge, and training.
The GlobalWare Solutions' Partners Alliance is committed to building
strong relationships with solution providers and independent software vendors. We
help partners stay current on web infrastructure technologies and strategies,
and provide opportunities to integrate digital technologies with global product
manufacturing and fulfillment services. We work strategically with leading independent
software vendors that have complementary products, to ensure seamless integration
with our front-office back-office solutions.

GlobeTrotter
Macrovision (http://www.macrovision.com)
develops and markets electronic license management, rights management and copy protection technologies for the
enterprise software, consumer interactive software, home video and music markets. Macrovision has its
corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale, California, with European headquarters in London and Asia-Pacific headquarters
in Tokyo.
The Globetrotter Software division provides FLEXlm electronic license management (ELM) and GTlicensing
electronic license distribution (ELD) solutions to independent software vendors (ISVs), as well as
SAMsuite software asset management tools for business applications. These products are in use by
